Uncapped Bonus Potential
We believe that the more effort you put in to your role, the more you should get back and this is why the majority of the roles we offer provide the opportunity to earn an uncapped bonus in addition to your basic salary.

We encourage all of our staff to complete Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate of Insurance, which is a recognised qualification within the Insurance market that we train in house and fund on behalf of our employees.
Our apprenticeship programmes also offer NVQ awards in Providing Financial Services and the option to study up to ACII (Advanced Diploma) level.

Be Wiser staff are fortunate to have their own staff catering facility in the form of a converted pub and garden aptly named ‘The Owl’s Nest’.
The Owl’s Nest serves hot and cold food, freshly ground coffees and other soft drinks. It also features free Wi-Fi, widescreen television and internet facilities.
